CIRCULAR LETTER
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation (UE) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”)


Dear User,
We would like to inform you that ACTUATECH S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to also as “ACTUATECH”) in its capacity as Data Controller, will process – for the objectives and methods cited herein – the personal data you will furnish upon filling in the form on the site’s contact page and notably:
A)   Name, Surname, Company, Zip code, City, Province, State, Telephone, E-mail;

1. Lawful basis and objectives of the processing
The aforesaid processing is based on your consent and aims to furnish you with the necessary reply to your requests.

2. Processing Method
The processing of your personal data will be performed also with the help of electronic means, through the operations given in Art. 4 no. 2) of the GDPR and specifically the processing of the personal data may consist in the; gathering, recording, organization, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of the data.

3. Mandatory conferment
The supply of the data is obligatory for the fulfillment of the aforesaid objectives. The possible refusal to furnish said data shall imply the impossibility for ACTUATECH to furnish the necessary reply to your requests.

4. Scopes of data communication
Your data will be personally acquired by ACTUATECH which is specifically authorized to do so; it may also come to acquire this data in its capacity as the specifically appointed Data Processor, the IT Company assigned to the programming, management and assistance of the site.

5. Transfer of data abroad
5.1. The personal data are stored on servers located in Italy. In every case it is understood that the Data Controller, whenever necessary, shall have the faculty to move the servers also outside the EU. In that case, the Data Controller ensures from now on, that the transfer of the data outside the EU shall come about in compliance to the applicable law provisions and in particular, those referred to in Article V of the GDPR.
5.2. Outside this hypothesis referred to in point 5.1., your data will not be transferred outside the EU.

6. Data storage period
Your data will be stored for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the objectives for which they were acquired and however, for not more than 1 year. The verification of the obsolescence of the data subject to processing with respect to the objectives for which they were gathered, will be done periodically.

9. Rights of the data subject
You are entitled to know your personal data and the way they were acquired, verify if they are exact, complete, updated and well protected, and request rectification or erasure pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 GDPR. You are furthermore entitled to receive the personal data you furnished and processed with your consent, in a structured format, of common usage and readable by automatized devices, and revoke any time the consent given in relation to the processing of the data.
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you will be entitled to oppose, wholly or in part, the processing of the data for reasons connected to your particular situation. Should the data be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, you will have the right at any time, to oppose the processing of the data for such objectives.
Such rights may be exercised through a specific request to be sent via registered letter – or certified e-mail – to the Data Controller.
You are furthermore entitled to lodge complaints to the Supervisory Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
